Unprimed solid-core FD30 fire door blank in European pine, suitable for interior upgrade work in domestic properties, HMOs and small commercial fit-outs. 44mm thickness, 30-minute fire rating when hung with intumescent strips (sold separately).
Blank is square-edged top and bottom, allowing up to 6mm trim from each edge on-site to meet existing frame openings. Face is a fine-grain pine veneer ready for stain, oil or paint finish — common on-site finish is a two-coat acrylic eggshell or satin.
Supplied uncut, undrilled. Hinge rebates, latch mortices and ironmongery holes are cut on-site to the chosen door furniture. For FD30 compliance in let property, hang on 3 × 100mm hinges and use a CE-marked intumescent and smoke-seal set.
