Small-footprint new-build dwellings and annexes. We work with a trusted structural engineer and architect for drawings and sign-off.
Small jobs welcome. Door and window frame repairs, flooring repairs, leak traces, snagging on handover, general maintenance.
We work with loss adjusters on fire, water and storm damage reinstatement. Full itemised schedule of works provided.
