BS3621 insurance-grade, brass finish forend.
British Standard BS3621 five-lever mortice sashlock, 76mm case — the insurance-industry benchmark for external timber doors. BS3621 is the specification most UK home-insurance policies require on all final-exit doors.
Case is pressed-steel with a 5-lever anti-pick mechanism and 20mm throw deadbolt. The forend plate is polished brass over a steel substrate. Supplied with two matching three-lever keys, a strike plate for the frame, and all fixing screws.
Takes any standard sashlock-pattern lever handle on an 8mm follower (see our brass or satin-chrome handle sets).
