3-metre self-adhesive EPDM-foam draught-excluder strip, 9mm wide × 6mm thick, white — enough to seal one average internal or external door (allow 5.4m for a full door perimeter, so two rolls per door).
EPDM is a UV-stable synthetic rubber that holds its shape and spring far longer than cheaper polyurethane foam — expect five years out of a well-applied strip, versus six to twelve months for discount polyfoam. Compresses to 50% of its depth without taking a permanent set.
Peel-and-stick backing. Clean the frame rebate with isopropyl before application — dust and old paint flakes are the main cause of strips lifting off within weeks.
